motion.
I’m Intiaz Mahmud, an adventure sports athlete based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a mountaineer, kayaker and cyclist, I explore mountains, rivers and roads. From open water to snow-covered ridgelines, I’m drawn to the places that ask me to keep moving, pay attention, and see things differently.
This is my field journal: the journeys, the people along the way, and the lessons that stay long after coming home. Alongside these adventures, I work as a software engineer at an IT firm based in Dhaka.
